Shopping on Karudaa is easy! Before you can start shopping, make sure you have registered an account on Karudaa, once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

• Open Karudaa.com Website.

• Put the item title on “Search Bar”.

• Click on the image of your desired item & Click on“Add to Cart”.

• Click on“View Cart”(Add quantity if required) & click on“Checkout Button”.

• Enter your registered Email Id & Password.

• Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).

• Confirm the order details and select your“Mode of Payment”.

• Click on“Place Order”.

• Your Order number will appear on your screen.

You can cancel your order 12 hours before delivery time. After that, order cancellation requests will not be entertained. If you placed an order whose delivery time is within 24 hours of order placing time then order can’t be cancelled and no refund will be processed for the same. For cancelling your order, you need to send us an email on [email protected] with the order id from the same email address which you have placed that order.

If your order is under pre-shipped status and eligible for cancellation, Then the “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.

• Click on“My Account” and Click on“My Orders” in the drop-down.

• Once you see your order, click the“Cancel” Button & fill out the cancellation request form.

• Choose the item(s) you need to cancel.

• Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy.

• Select your cancellation reason.

• Click on“Submit”

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. If you have paid online for your order, it may take 7-14 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Karudaa.com
